This universal instrument is the perfect and fastest tool for fine-tuning and synchronizing the airflow in your carburetors. By measuring the air mass (in kg/h) drawn into each carburetor barrel, you can precisely balance the throttles against each other. Proper synchronization is a must for multi-carburetor setups and results in a significantly smoother idle, better throttle response, and optimal engine performance.
The instrument is equipped with a flexible rubber cone that seals smoothly against the carburetor's velocity stacks. This makes the tool ideal for use on popular carburetors such as Weber (DCOE, DCO, IDF, IDA), Dellorto (DHLA), and Solex (ADDHE).
Technical Specifications:
- Measurement Range (Airflow): 1 to 30 kg/h
- Working Range (Precision): The instrument has its highest precision up to 3 kg/h (A normal airflow is typically 1 to 2 kg/h at idle).
- Rubber Cone (Diameter): From 40 mm up to 55 mm.
Tip: If you need to connect the instrument to other sizes or shapes, a corresponding universal adapter (55 mm) is available for purchase separately.
