INTAKE MANIFOLD VOLVO OHC – FOR DGV / DGAS
Intake manifold designed for mounting a Weber 32/36 DGV or 38/38 DGAS carburetor on Volvo/Penta B19, B21, B23, and B230 OHC 8-valve engines.
This manifold allows for a clean and secure installation of popular Weber downdraft carburetors on Volvo OHC platforms, ideal for both marine and automotive applications.

- 4 x Studs – 5/16" UNC (Part No. 3-880)
- 2 x Bolts – M8 Allen head, 55 mm (Part No. 3.900)
- 2 x Washers (Part No. 3.820)
- 1 x Base gasket (Part No. 39150.000)
- 1 x Brake booster plug – 1/4" NPT (Part No. 61002.010)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Bolt hole spacing (center to center): 47 x 93 mm
- Threading: 5/16" UNC studs required (included)
INSTALLATION NOTE
On some engine versions within the B19–B230 family, the manifold may come into contact with the thermostat housing during installation. If this occurs, carefully file down the contact point using a metal file. Always test fit before final assembly to ensure clearance.
This intake is ideal for engine conversions or carburetor upgrades using Weber DGV/DGAS models. For best results, pair with a properly jetted carburetor and ensure vacuum ports are sealed or connected as needed.
