A robust and well-crafted intake manifold designed to fit Weber downdraft carburetors (such as the popular 32/36 DGV or 38/38 DGAS) onto Volvo's OHC engines. This manifold ensures a clean, secure installation and is an excellent choice for replacing worn original carburetors, engine tuning, or marine engine conversions.

Included in the kit:

4 x Studs (5/16 UNC) for carburetor mounting
2 x Mounting bolts M8 Allen/Hex (55 mm) for manifold to cylinder head
2 x Flat washers
1 x Base gasket (mounted between manifold and carburetor)
1 x Plug (for the brake servo port if not used)

Stud thread (carburetor mount): 5/16 UNC

Important installation tip: On certain cylinder head/thermostat housing variants, clearance is limited. Always test fit and check clearance against the thermostat housing. If the manifold touches the housing, you can simply file away a small amount of material from the manifold or housing to create the necessary clearance.
