Complete service kit designed to service and rebuild one (1) downdraft Solex 44 PAI carburetor. This carburetor model is very common on Volvo Penta's 4- and 6-cylinder marine engines. A rebuild with new gaskets and a diaphragm ensures your engine runs smoothly, starts easier, and operates reliably on the water.
Important when ordering:
- The kit contains parts for one carburetor. If you have dual carburetors on your boat, you need to order two kits.
- Select the needle valve size from the drop-down menu (1.20 / 1.50 / 1.70 / 2.00). The most common size is 1.50.
- The kit is universally designed to cover different variants of the Solex 44 PAI, which means some parts may be left over after installation.
The service kit includes:
- Float chamber gasket
- Accelerator pump diaphragm
- Needle valve with copper washers
- Accelerator pump nozzle gasket
- Base gaskets
- 2 different mixture screws with matching springs (for both early and late versions)
