Complete service kit designed to service and rebuild an early Zenith/Stromberg carburetor of the CD175-2S model (also known as 175 CDS). This specific model is very common on a variety of classic vehicles, including early models of Volvo and Volvo Penta marine engines.
The kit is specifically tailored for carburetors equipped with an adjustable jet (019522). By replacing dried-out gaskets, worn diaphragms, and the needle valve, you significantly reduce the risk of fuel leaks and running issues, providing your engine with the best possible conditions for smooth and stable operation.
Important when ordering:
- The kit contains parts to rebuild one (1) carburetor. If your engine features dual carburetors, you will need to order two kits.
- A metering needle is not included; you must reuse your existing one or purchase a new one separately depending on your engine's requirements.
