CARBURETOR KIT FAJS 32/36 DGV FOR VOLVO B18/B20
Revive your B18/B20 engine with our complete carburetor kit from Fajs (32/36 DGV, manual choke). This kit is tailored for cars, boats, and other applications using Volvo’s classic OHV engines.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE KIT
• Fajs 32/36 DGV carburetor (manual choke)
• Jets for installation (tuned based on engine type – please specify B20 or AQ115)
• Intake manifold
• Air filter
• Fuel filter
• Fuel hose
• Mounting accessories (studs, nuts, hose clamps, base gasket)
• Installation instructions
Tip! We recommend also purchasing an intake manifold gasket (sold separately).
LINKAGE
• 45027,001 – For boats
• 45027,106 – For cars
For engines previously equipped with Zenith/Stromberg CD175, SU HD6, or HIF6, the original linkage can be reused. If your engine has a Zenith 36VN (B18), you'll need the separate 900060 linkage kit.
INSTALLATION INFO
• In some applications, additional parts or component modifications on the engine or within the kit may be required.
• If you have specific jetting requests, specify the engine type when ordering via the contact form (e.g., “AQ115” or “B20”). Otherwise, the kit will be jetted for a standard B20 setup.
• Depending on vehicle type, professional installation may be required. Contact us if you're unsure before purchasing.

Important Note:
This is a replica of the original Weber. That means you cannot expect it to perform identically to a genuine Weber. We do not accept returns if your car doesn’t run as expected. Some carburetors may overflow, often due to a needle valve that doesn't seal properly. MISAB recommends purchasing a genuine Weber needle valve for better reliability. We of course take responsibility if parts are missing or defective, but not if the engine performance isn’t as expected. Make sure fuel pressure does not exceed 0.25 bar, that your engine is otherwise in good condition, that the jetting is appropriate, and that there are no air leaks.
