INTAKE MANIFOLD VOLVO DCD / DGV
High-quality Swedish-made intake manifold for Volvo B18/B20 OHV engines. Designed to fit a wide range of Weber carburetors, this manifold is a durable and reliable choice for both road and marine applications.
COMPATIBLE CARBURETORS
- All Weber DGV, DCD, DGAS carburetors
- And other carburetors with the same bolt pattern (47 x 93 mm center-to-center)
INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
- Mounting studs M8 x 40 mm (Part No. 3.840)
- Mounting gaskets (Part No. 39150.00)
Note for marine use: If the manifold is used in a boat, a 1/4" NPT brake booster plug is required (Part No. 301.227).
DIMENSIONS & TECHNICAL DETAILS
- Total length from engine: 180 mm
- Flange thickness (cylinder head side): 16 mm
- Bolt hole spacing: 47 mm x 93 mm (center to center)
- Port opening at cylinder head: 38 mm (can be enlarged to 40 mm)
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Cylinder head guide rings (40 mm) fit but should be removed for optimal sealing
- Throttle linkage bracket compatible with original setup and MISAB parts such as 900070
- Bracket hole diameter: 9 mm (suits 8.5 mm rods)
- Vacuum port for brake booster: 1/4" NPT thread
Some modification may be required to fit the manifold correctly to both the exhaust manifold and cylinder head. Flanges may need to be matched in size.
On older Volvo B18 and B20 engines, the original exhaust manifold must be cut or replaced with a header/extractor for proper clearance.
