Misab's classic and proven intake manifold for Volvo B18 and B20. Manufactured in Sweden from a heavy-duty cast aluminum alloy, this is the original manifold that many competitors have based their copies on. A true investment in durability and quality for your classic Volvo.
Included in the package:
- 1 x Intake manifold
- Studs M8 x 40 mm for carburetor mounting
- Gaskets for carburetor mounting
Technical Specifications:
- Length (out from engine): 180 mm
- Flange thickness against cylinder head: 16 mm
- Carburetor base bolt pattern (CC measurements): 47 x 93 mm
- Opening towards cylinder head: 38 mm (can be ported up to 40 mm)
- Brake servo port: 1/4" NPT thread (must be plugged for marine use, plug sold separately)
- Linkage mount: Hole size is 9 mm (fits an 8.5 mm rod)

Important installation note: To fit this intake manifold on older B18/B20 engines, the original exhaust manifold must be cut, or replaced entirely with an aftermarket tubular exhaust header. The flanges against the cylinder head may need to be modified to match the thickness of the exhaust manifold flange. The guide rings (40 mm) located in the cylinder head must be removed prior to installation.
