CARBURETOR KIT VOLVO B16 / B18 – MODEL YEARS 1958–1968

This carburetor kit is designed to replace the original Zenith 34VN or 36VN on Volvo B16 and early B18 engines (model years 1958–1968). It includes a Weber 34 ICH single-barrel carburetor and all necessary parts for a clean and effective installation.

The Weber 34 ICH is equipped with an electrical idle cut-off valve, which is typically wired to the ignition. This feature prevents engine run-on or "dieseling," a common issue with these engines. For flexibility, the kit also includes components for converting to a traditional idle jet and holder if preferred.

Jetting is preconfigured for standard B16 and B18 engines. If the engine has a modified cylinder head, camshaft, or other performance upgrades, re-jetting may be necessary.
