Complete service kit (gasket set) for rebuilding the Solex 40 DDH carburetor. This kit includes all the vital wear-and-tear parts required to reseal the carburetor and ensure a smooth and reliable engine performance.

The kit contains the following parts (for 1 carburetor):

• Base gasket (for 40 DDH)
• Float chamber top gasket
• Air filter gasket
• Accelerator pump diaphragm
• Rubber diaphragm
• Needle valve (size 1.60)
• O-rings and washers

Application & Compatibility:

This kit is specifically designed for the Solex 40 DDH, which was originally fitted to several classic Alfa Romeo models. It can also be used to rebuild a Solex 45 DDH, with the exception that the base gaskets in this kit are sized for 40 mm bores.
