Complete and universal carburetor kit for Volvo's 4-cylinder B18 and B20 engines. This kit comes with a genuine synchronous two-barrel Weber 38 DGAS and is specifically developed to maximize reliability, power, and fuel economy compared to worn-out original carburetors. The kit can be installed in most applications, both automotive and marine, with minor modifications.

Choose your choke type: The kit can be ordered with either a manual choke or an electric choke. Please make your selection from the drop-down menu when ordering.

Custom Jetting: The kit is delivered with a base jetting setup for a standard Volvo B20. We are happy to customize the jetting for your specific engine type (e.g., marine AQ115 or a tuned car B20). Please specify your requirements during checkout or contact us via email with your order number, and we will provide a custom jetting setup at no extra cost.

Throttle Linkage and Installation Information:

• Cars: The carburetor easily connects to the original linkage on vehicles previously equipped with Zenith/Stromberg CD175, SU HD6, or SU HIF6 carburetors.
• Marine (Volvo Penta): For Penta engines where the throttle cable connects from below, custom modifications may be required. For the easiest possible installation, we recommend purchasing our specific Penta linkage kit (Part no: CZ4140).
• General: Depending on the application, the buyer may need to supply extra accessories (e.g., intake spacers on certain marine engines) or perform minor modifications to the original exhaust manifold.
