This is a practical, high-quality gasket kit thoughtfully assembled to cover the basic maintenance needs of your classic Weber DCD carburetor. Whether you are opening the carburetor to adjust the float level, clean out the float bowl, or inspect the internal jets, it is absolutely vital that you always install fresh gaskets during reassembly. Old, dried-out, and compressed paper gaskets rarely seal correctly a second time, which frequently leads to highly hazardous fuel leaks and frustrating vacuum issues.
The gasket kit includes the following components:
- Float bowl gasket (Top cover gasket)
- A thin paper base gasket for the carburetor mounting flange
- O-rings engineered to resist modern ethanol-blended fuels
- Copper sealing washers for jet holders and external fuel connections
Fully compatible with the following carburetor models:
- Weber 36/36 DCD (including 36DCD 7 and 36DIM7 variations)
- Weber 28/36 DCD
Important note: This kit is intended strictly for basic servicing and contains only the listed gaskets. It explicitly does not include a needle valve, choke repair kit, or any other moving tuning components. We highly recommend purchasing and installing a brand new needle valve whenever you open up your carburetor's float bowl for service.
