Complete carburetor kit for Volvo, featuring twin FAJS 45 DCOE (152G) carburetors. Paired with a matching intake manifold, this kit provides a highly cost-effective way to extract more power from your Volvo redblock engine. FAJS is a popular and capable reproduction of the classic Weber carburetor.
Compatible Engines:
- Volvo B21
- Volvo B23
- Volvo B230
Available Variants:
- Basic: Carburetors and intake manifold only.
- Base Kit: Carburetors, intake manifold, mounting hardware, and fuel hose.
- Base Kit + Air Filters: Includes the Base Kit components plus two 85 mm high air filters.
- Extended Kit: Carburetors, intake manifold, mounting hardware, fuel hose, and the advanced linkage kit (L5-1).
- Extended Kit + Air Filters: Includes the Extended Kit components plus two 85 mm high air filters.
Important Installation Notes:
- The carburetors are supplied with a factory base jetting. Depending on your specific vehicle and engine setup, the jetting may need to be adjusted for optimal performance.
- The maximum allowed fuel pressure is 0.25 Bar. Exceeding this will cause flooding.
- Ensure the engine is mechanically sound and free of any vacuum leaks before tuning.
- Please note that FAJS is a replica of the original Weber. If you experience issues with carburetors overflowing (often due to the needle valve not sealing perfectly), we highly recommend upgrading to a genuine Weber needle valve for improved reliability.
