The Facet Blue Top (part number 480534) is an extremely reliable, high-capacity electric fuel pump perfect for classic cars, motorsport, and marine applications. It comes equipped with a replaceable 400-micron filter and a built-in magnet designed to catch metal particles before they can reach your carburetor or fuel system.
The pump is self-priming (up to 610 mm) and self-regulating. It features solid-state circuitry with no external moving parts, meaning the electronics are fully sealed with zero risk of sparking. For maximum longevity, it is corrosion-resistant for over 100 hours in a salt spray environment. The recommended mounting position is vertical, with the outlet pointing upwards, and placed as close to the fuel tank as possible.
Please note: Because this pump delivers between 0.40 and 0.55 bar, it must be paired with a fuel pressure regulator (such as the Malpassi Filter King FK5) to step the pressure down to approximately 0.25 bar when used with carburetors.
