Complete service kit designed to service one (1) Weber DCOE or DCO carburetor. By replacing worn gaskets and needle valves, you ensure your carburetor seals correctly and performs as it should. MISAB always recommends starting with a basic carburetor service before attempting to tune a poorly running engine.
Please note the following regarding fitment:
- The kit covers all DCOE and DCO models between 40 and 50 mm.
- However, the included base gaskets are specifically sized for 45 mm (and may therefore need adjustment or replacement if used on other sizes).
- The included needle valve is size 2.00.
- It includes 2 different float chamber gaskets to cover both DCO and DCOE models.
The kit contains parts for one carburetor:
- Base gaskets

- Float chamber gaskets (2 different types)
- Needle valve (Size 2.00)

- Shaft / Spindle
Tip from MISAB: Install a fuel filter before the carburetor to reduce wear on the needle valve and prevent dirt from entering the float chamber.
