The Malpassi Filter King is a proven and extremely popular pressure regulator with a built-in fuel filter designed for carbureted engines. By ensuring a steady and correct fuel pressure, you prevent the carburetor from flooding, resulting in smoother engine running and improved fuel economy.

This is the "large model", measuring 85 mm in diameter, which provides a significantly larger fuel reserve compared to the standard model. Furthermore, it is equipped with a robust aluminum bowl at the bottom, making it fully approved and safe for use in race cars and all forms of motorsport where glass bowls are strictly prohibited.

Features and Benefits:

Adjustable Pressure: The pressure is easily adjusted via the nut on the top. Pre-set to approximately 0.25 bar (3.6 PSI).
Connections (In/Out): 8 mm hose nipples.
Bowl and Filter: Large aluminum cup (85 mm) with an efficient, replaceable paper fuel filter.
Gauge Port: Features a built-in 1/8" NPT port for a fuel pressure gauge. (A brass plug is included to seal the port if a gauge is not used).

Supplied complete with a mounting bracket and necessary screws for easy installation. This regulator is essentially mandatory when using an aftermarket fuel pump that delivers a pressure higher than 0.25 bar on most carburetors.
